To quote Debussy, "The music is the space between the notes."
When I write, one character dominates, becomes my traveling companion whose job is to keep the the other characters and storyline real.
In all my years of writing, I've never been able to literally see the impact my words have on people. So, I added play writing to my repertoire, because it provides the purist form of feedback.
The first two are "Mirror at the Top of the Stairs", a drama. The other a comedy "Creating A Kosher Pig",
I have a creative side and a business side. If the two aren't in sync,I lose my emotional equilibrium and walk into walls. Possibly why some day I'd hope to produce. Maybe even have my own theater company dedicated to giving new playwrights a voice.
